Three volume set. All three volumes inscribed "To my good friend William N.Hart, from Herbert Hoover" on front endpaper. First printing stated on copyright page of all three volumes. Dust jackets have rubs to corners, a few creases and chips but now in archival protective covers. This is an extremely rare set with all first printings and all inscribed and signed by President Hoover.
