This is part of a two book set. Manual of map reading is red with black lettering with frayed corners and weak hinges. It is worn and well used with great fold out maps. Used by J. A. Mitchell of the 12th Bt. Royal Tank Regiment in India. This supplement is rare and was printed in Calcutta in 1929 and has maps of India, System of references, triangulation points, Interpreation of Indian Maps, along with plates including 1" grid in pocket at end of book.
