Payment Methods Accepted

We accept Credit cards, Paypal, Checks, Money Orders  through this site.  If you have difficulty please call us, but note that we are not always in. Please leave your phone number and the title of the book you want to purchase and we will call you back. Our phone is 727-479-6105. We do not retain Credit Card information on file.

Refunds

Returns are accepted within 15 days if books are "Not As Described". We do not accept returns of books on Genealogy or family history. Please contact us for a return authorization number if you need to return an item.

Shipping and Handling

The cost of shipping and handling includes the cost of postage, time and materials used for package preparation, and delivery to post office. We pride ourselves in mailing within 12- 24 hours. All domestic mail includes free delivery confirmation (tracking) and you will be notified of tracking number for ease of tracking. You can check the status of shipping by going to the United States Post Office website and input the tracking number.

Media Mail vs Priority

Books being shipped within the U. S. are shipped Media Mail (Standard) with delivery confirmation (tracking) unless otherwise directed. It may take as long as 10-15 days to receive your order. If you would like the book within 5-10 days then please order Priority.

International Mail Policy

International Mail is shipped Priority Mail International up to 4 lbs. or Global Priority over 4 lbs. and it may take 15-20+ days to receive. You will be notified if postage is more due to weight or other restrictions. All packages shipped internationally do not have delivery confirmation or insurance. Postage will be as charged by USPS plus any handling fees usually $4-5.
