Pages discolored with age. Some minor tears to end papers. Rev. John Tremlett was a Congregationalist pastor in Gloucester in 1796 and afterward at Hampton. It appears that he served at Palgrave, where the chapel was demolished in 1822. Book is signed by Alphus Baker.
