The author inscription says "to Thomas Davis, thank you for helping me with this book. Martha Tomberlin Wall" . There is no index printed within the book, but a photocopy of the index that was compiled after printing is included. A special addition is a copy of a letter by Mr. Davis relating to a cabin on page 967, the Mckeown cabin that was relocated to near Tallahassee. The late Florida Governor, Lawton Chiles, requested that his remains be buried on that property. Gov.
